It’s most important that the creation of your mixture is done with care and on an individual basis in order to achieve the desired result for you.

An aromatherapy massage is a systematic process carried out from head to toes in one hour. Before we get hands-on with your massage, you get a consultation that takes approximately half an hour. At the end of your consultation I create your very own personalized mixed massage oil. This essential aromatherapy oil is then used throughout your hour-long full body massage.

We recommend that you don’t have a bath or shower until at least 24 hours after your aromatherapy massage. This gives the essential oils enough time to be fully absorbed into your skin for maximum effect.

 

When Is The Best Time For Aromatherapy?

We often picture people enjoying an aromatherapy massage at some exotic island, with palm trees in the background and crystal clear blue water. But we don’t have to wait until we’re on an island holiday to treat ourselves to some aromatherapy!
